As a Business Professional, Joseph has been a member of various firms specializing in the sale, support and implementation of ERP solutions featuring Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, Oracle based applications and locally developed software in the Middle East, Africa, gulf and Europe.

Because of his business executive, technical and operations background, Joseph is keenly aware of customer needs and pain points. As an ERP Consultant, he has been involved in every area of the implementation lifecycles from needs analysis and pre-sales to post go-live support.

As a Senior Product Consultant and Project Leader in IMS, Joseph is responsible for Microsoft Dynamics GP engagements from sales handoff until post go live support including business and technical functionalities. These engagements involve several industry verticals in the higher eduction, graphic arts, printing, distribution, manufacturing, food & beverage, contracting, telecom operators, banks, services and retail.

As an Information System Engineer then IT Manager, for a Beirut-based printing industry firm, Joseph was responsible for management and support of the IT department including network, security, hardware and software requirements. He was the administrator of Microsoft Great Plains handling all aspects of the application in terms of workflow procedures, reporting, and security, database tuning, implementing new versions and assisting the end users.

As a Solution Consultant for the same firm, he provided consultancy for Microsoft Business Solutions Navision, One Vision, OPAS-G and Tera Publishing solutions for the graphic arts industry.

As a Developer, for a Beirut-based software firm, Joseph was responsible for developing windows & web applications using C# and asp.net.

As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Joseph attended several training sessions and e-learning courses which enabled him to bypass the exams and acquire various certifications until getting accepted as a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

For his Masters degree Joseph combined general management knowledge with the latest software tools and techniques to create information systems which allow organizations to compete in the global market place. He was prepared for careers in a variety of areas such as programming, system development, database administration, network development & support, and consulting.

For his Bachelor degree, Joseph acquired enough technical and theoretical background to become an inventor of technology rather than skilled user of technologies invented by others. He was able to design and implement significant software, be a leader in complicated software projects, and come up with innovative ways to use computers systems. He developed a learning fuzzy system for intelligent conversation built on top of SQL Server 2000 using vb.net & SQL languages as partial fulfillment of the bachelor degree.

For his Superior technician diploma, Joseph acquired the essentials of accounting, programming, IT and software engineering. He worked as a part time technician in whom he was handling the assembly of computer systems, installation of operating systems and software applications.
